This seven day course is designed for personnel involved in the development, management and/or instruction of training materials related to a civil aviation security training programme. Those who successfully complete this course will be well versed in the general application of training principles, the preparation of appropriate teaching aids Aviation Security: Screener Training and Performance Measurement Strengthened, but More Work Remains (02-MAY-05, GAO-05-457). The screening of airport passengers and their checked baggage is a critical component in securing our nation's commercial aviation system. Since May 2003, GAO has issued six products related to screener training and Security culture is a set of security-related norms, values, attitudes and assumptions that are inherent in the daily operation of an organization and are reflected by the actions and behaviours of all entities and personnel within the organization.
